Role
MOZI contributes to needs analysis, project organisation and resource connections. Deliverables, responsibilities and conditions are agreed for each project. Legal and tax advice is provided by appropriately licensed local professionals.

04 · COOPERATION
Building on cooperation already under way
Course cooperation with Nanyang Polytechnic
An MOU was signed in December 2024. Cooperation includes industrial AI courses and the June 2026 machine-vision defect-detection course. Course scope, certificates and responsibilities are stated separately.

Agree before starting
Scope, responsibilities, resource contributions and fees are agreed for each project. Tasks and cases require authorisation. Research results, IP, technology transfer and cross-border data follow university rules and applicable procedures. The use of university names and marks is agreed separately.
Agree which AI tools and data may be used. Do not upload confidential enterprise information or personal data to external models without authorisation. Learners disclose AI assistance and explain key conclusions themselves.
